Wandering around EGLX we stumbled upon Queen Bee Games. Naturally I had to stop and take a gander at what they had to offer.

I was immediately impressed by the fact that the new game they were featuring, Onion Force, had a sticker for me! I love stickers. It also made me ‘stick’ around for a minute to try the game (SWAG guilt is a thing people).

Onion Force is a hybrid Tower Defense/Action Adventure game that is available on Steam, iOS & Android.” is how Co-founder/Producer Kathleen Cassidy at Queen Bee describes the game.

Which of course is accurate. What she forgot to mention is the awesome fun that I was going to have running around killing and smashing things and dropping towers at the same time! To be honest at first I wasn’t sure, but then I got into it and man… I didn’t want to leave. However I had to stop playing and get to work… sigh!

“We attended EGLX for many reasons including building awareness to our company and game, building new industry connections and meeting our Canadian developer peers. EGLX met our expectations and more. We felt the event attendance was also above our expectations. Well worth the trip to Toronto!”

That was the quote Kathleen gave when asked if the event was worth wild. Well done once again EGLX!
