As you well know, we had the opportunity to send Matt, one of our co-founders to hang out at EGLX at the International Centre in Toronto this past weekend. While he spent a lot of time experimenting with A.L.L. controllers, chatting with StageTen, and many more, he also had the privilege of meeting the guys behind Cloud Breakers.

Cloud Breakers is a free-to-play mobile RPG, (no pun indented), battler from Uken Games with a tentative release date set for the second half of 2016. It is a fast paced strategic game with over 120 ships for you to select from or collect. The main character “Cap” has a stubborn side, and refuses to sit idly by while the Rebel Fleet over takes all of the cities.

Matt took the time to sit down and chat with Cloud Breakers for a one on one interview to find out more of what we can expect to come.

RPG: What game or product are you promoting here today?

CB: Today we’re here for our new/soon to be released game Cloud Breakers, which will be available on IOS and Android devices.

RPG: So its safe to assume your primary industry of focus is…?

CB: At this time, Mobile.

RPG: And what is your target audience for Cloud Breakers?

CB: I would say we’re targeting mobile, “mid-core” gamers anywhere from 20-35 years old.

RPG: What was the deciding factor for your EGLX attendance?

CB: We decided to attend EGLX for a variety of reasons, but the main factors were:

-Supporting a new Toronto game expo

-Generating interest in our Beta, along with gathering a list of Beta participants.

-And of course getting feed back on the game.

RPG: Did EGLX meet all of the expectations you had in mind when planning your attendance?

CB: EGLX actually exceeded our expectations, especially when it came to the feedback we received. Not only was is a great amount of feedback, it was by far, more glowingly positive than we expected, especially given the fact that EGLX is a much more console and PC focused expo than mobile focused.

RPG: How would you describe Cloud Breakers to prospective players?

CB: It’s you, the enemy, and the endless skies; take control of the screaming war machine beneath your feet, and be the last pilot standing! Cloud Breakers is a strategic RPG battler that puts you in command of a misfit fighter squadron against the burning rebel skies!

The continent is in peril as the Rebel Fleet swallow city after city, and you and your crew are stuck in a Podunk town in the middle of nowhere. Cap, (the main character), isn’t the type to just sit around though, and a plan is hatched to steal back the glory. It is a roller coaster adventure for the whole crew as they follow their headstrong captain into the jaws of battle; just be sure no one sees you’ve left your post!

Some of the opportunities in game include:

-CUSTOMIZING and building your own fleet with over 120 aircrafts to choose from.

-UNLEASHING scores of devastating weapon skills, make sure you pick the right tool for the job!

-EXPIERIENCING a full story campaign and fight against other players.

-BAND TOGETHER with your friends and fly in full force!

RPG: Okay, last question, where can we connect with you and follow up on Cloud Breakers?
